“I would have given 5 stars because my pedicure and manicure were both extremely good however, my appointment was for 3pm and I wasn’t seen until 3.50pm a 50 minute wait is just unacceptable! I wasn’t even spoken to prior to 3.50pm by either staff member. I should at least been acknowledged and and given an apology but these interactions did not occur. I made the appointment 2 weeks prior so I was expected! When you know you have a prior appointment you need to uphold that and have the s staff”
